As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect- Service Now, you will bridge the gap between our Sales team and prospective customers, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions. You will tailor value messaging to address the specific challenges, needs, and use cases of our customers, driving impactful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Experience delivering discovery and requirements workshops, Proof of Concepts, and engaging software demonstrations
- Experience and/or certifications with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, and ITOM
