This role focuses on building strategic relationships, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and scale their ServiceNow usage. It's an on-site position within a Benrather Strasse location in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar SaaS platforms.
  • 8+ years of experience in a technology-driven, consultative environment.
