The role involves content creation, community engagement, and participation in events, acting as a technical peer and brand ambassador. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Developer or Engineer
- 5+ years of experience as a Developer or Engineer or other technical profession within ServiceNow
- 1+ year experience utilizing ServiceNow's LLM, Now Assist, and/or AI Agents
- Experience speaking at technology conferences, blogging, video, and writing technical articles
- Strong relationship building skills
