Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Extensive Compensation Leadership: 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 5 years leading a senior compensation team in a global SaaS or high-tech organization.
  • Strong command of base pay structures, market pricing, equity programs, and variable compensation design.
  • SaaS/Technology Experience: Proven track record supporting fast-scaling, subscription-based business models.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, perform advanced market analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Skilled at influencing executives and cross-functional leaders with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Governance & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of global compensation compliance, pay equity practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success developing and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed, global environment.
