This role requires a Senior ServiceNow Integration Consultant to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and support various IT departments. The candidate needs strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration with various systems. They also need to be comfortable with both ServiceNow upgrades and working with global ServiceNow teams.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Creating technical design documents and writing Unit test cases
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
