You will advise and accompany senior executives and the management team in all personnel and strategic matters. You will also support the team in the care of top executives.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on HR
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with responsibility for international or cross-divisional topics
- Comprehensive experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of labor and company constitution law
- Secure handling of MS 365, ideally also with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- Analytical thinking, empathy, and excellent communication skills
