Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist - IGA Sail Point

Sobeys Inc. is looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist - IGA Sail Point to join their Cyber Security Team. The successful candidate will work with a team of high-performing Cyber Security professionals to implement IGA solutions using SailPoint and contribute to the company's digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), specifically using SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and SoD controls.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience working with REST APIs for automation and integration.
• Proficiency in Power BI to build custom dashboards and reports for identity governance, analytics, and compliance.
• Practical experience designing and implementing SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), MFA, and passwordless authentication solutions.
• Strong experience with workflow automation tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL), identity data modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Strong grasp of Azure, including Entra ID, conditional access policies, app registration, and enterprise app integration.
• Familiarity with fundamentals of networking such as DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, and VPNs.
• Ability to integrate SailPoint with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, Dayforce, ServiceNow, and various cloud/SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, least privilege principles, and identity-centric security models.
• Optional: SailPoint certification (Identity Now, IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer).
• Proficiency in developing Enterprise documentations and executive summary.
