Senior IT Systems Administrator

Click Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior or Staff IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability and security of their IT infrastructure, providing top-notch technical support to colleagues, and actively contributing to the improvement of their IT processes.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in an IT desktop, support, administrator or similar role
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Deep Mac and Windows troubleshooting knowledge
• Scripting for both macOS/Windows necessary
• Excellent remote troubleshooting manner
• Ability to effectively balance user support with long-term projects
• Cognizant of IT security best practices
• Competent hardware diagnosis, upgrade, and repair abilities
• Networking operational experience
• Windows & macOS MDM operational experience is a must; Kandji/VMware WorkspaceONE administration
• ITSM ticketing system operational experience is a must; ServiceNow administration
• VPN client administration is a must; CATO administration
• Saas operational experience is a must; OKTA, GSuite, O365
