This Senior KDNI Consultant role involves implementing ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, and CSM. The position requires experience with complex ServiceNow deployments, scrum methodologies, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Candidates will design technical solutions and foster team development within an agile environment.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle crunched timelines
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
Requirements Summary
