Senior Lead ServiceNow QA Engineer

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer to join their ServiceNow development team. The role focuses on automation, continuous testing, and driving quality through experience in ServiceNow and ATF. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
• Must have at least 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, but broader QA Engineering experience is welcome.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience gathering testing requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US government suitability clearance.
