Senior Machine Learning Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of models, from data collection to deployment and monitoring. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, for RAG applications and model scaling. This position requires expertise in Python, Java, and LLM frameworks, and a strong problem-solving attitude.

Requirements

• Experience with AI developer productivity tools (Windsurf, Cursor, prompt tuning)
• 5+ years of hands-on ML/AI engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Practical experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and agentic reasoning pipelines
• Solid understanding of ML evaluation techniques
