Senior Manager, Executive Communications

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic communications professional to support the President and Chief Financial Officer. This role will involve developing and executing executive communication strategies, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring impactful messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of executive communication best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 8–10 years corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications experience.
• Strong messaging and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience crafting executive-level thought leadership and social strategies.
• Strong relationships with event organizers.
• Experience working with senior executives.
