Senior Manager, Master Data Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager of Master Data Operations to lead the operation of US/UK master data management, drive data service ticket management, and support data stewardship across the enterprise. This role focuses on improving data quality, promoting data capabilities, and ensuring timely and accurate data is managed for business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years focused on Master Data or MDM.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams, including data stewards/analysts.
• Proven experience with service management systems like ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with MDM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Reltio or similar tools).
• Strong background in evaluating the onboarding of new data sources.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools, including SQL, data analytics platforms, and/or master data systems.
