Senior Manager, People Operations – EMEA

As Senior Manager, People Operations – EMEA, you’ll lead HR service delivery across EMEA, managing teams in multiple countries and ensuring employees receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles
• At least 4 years leading regional or multi-country teams in dynamic, fast-scaling organizations
• Strong command of HR technology platforms, especially Workday and ServiceNow
• Deep knowledge of EU and UK labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices across multiple EMEA countries
