We are seeking a talented individual to join our Payroll Team at Mercer. This role will be based in the Philippines and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Payroll Analyst will be responsible for delivering superior service to internal clients in the area of payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar position
- Business-oriented mindset
- Excellent understanding of payroll processes
- University or college degree (preferable payroll, HR)
- Very good command of English
- Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
- Client-focus
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing systems
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Center / Business Process Outsourcing company
- Experience in cooperation with third-party payroll services providers
- Prior experience in knowledge transfer
- Experienced in using Workday, ServiceNow is a plus
