Senior Platform Architect - Enterprise

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform and design solutions to drive business outcomes. This role involves collaboration with customer and team stakeholders to guide implementation of ServiceNow solutions, establishing best practices and leading delivery operations. It is an advisory role focused on technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• Experience in Enterprise Industry (Consulting/Enterprise Software/Cloud)
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership at a top-tier consulting company
• Fortune 500 or OEM Software/Cloud Company enterprise architect
• 3+ years of large program experience leading architecture and design
• Enterprise Architecture Experience
• Cloud Application Technology Experience
• 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience
