Requirements
- 15 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
- 10+ years in Customer Engagement roles
- Experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
- Excellent cross-functional, technical project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading key projects
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Experience with analytics and metrics
- BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred
- Active listening and ability to anticipate feedback
Requirements Summary
10+ years Customer Engagement, 15+ years Tech/SaaS exp, BS degree in Comp Sci/Eng or similar. ServiceNow product implementation experience is key
