Requirements

  • 15 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 10+ years in Customer Engagement roles
  • Experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
  • Excellent cross-functional, technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading key projects
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with analytics and metrics
  • BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline preferred
  • Active listening and ability to anticipate feedback
