Okta is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Technology, Data, and Intelligence (TDI) Team. This role focuses on developing and enhancing their suite of technology workflow products (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM/HAM, CSM), working closely with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements. The analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging data and analysis to improve user experience and provide measurable business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
- 3+ years of experience focused on ServiceNow
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, and HAM
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Proven track record of managing a product backlog and leading an agile team
