Microsoft Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Customer Acceleration Team for Microsoft Defender for Identity and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps. This role involves partnering with various internal teams and external partners to improve product adoption, scalability, and the overall customer experience. The company empowers every individual and organization on the planet with a security cloud that protects them with end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, consulting, strategy, business planning, program management or marketing in the technology sector.
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity, including In-depth architect-level knowledge of M365, Windows and Microsoft security offerings: Active Directory and how it is deployed by enterprise customers: Forests, Domains, OUs, GPOs, Trusts, Tiering models.
  • 5+ years of leveraging SaaS applications (M365, ServiceNow, SalesForce, etc.). Familiar with OAuth applications, Entra service principals, and identity concepts.
  • Customer focused with 3-5 years of experience working with Global 500 companies.
