Senior Program Manager (Hybrid/Columbia MD)

Tenable is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex software initiatives across Engineering, Product, InfoSec, and IT. The role requires strong technical fluency, structured program leadership, and exceptional collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience
• 8+ years of experience developing, managing, or supporting complex software or SaaS products
• Knowledge and/or experience with enterprise security solutions or infrastructure platforms is preferred
• Hands-on experience with SaaS product development or delivery
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and ServiceNow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong project delivery and time management skills in fast-paced environments
• PROSCI certification is highly desirable
