Requirements

• University degree
• More than 3 years of experience as a (senior) project manager
• In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Project management or agile certifications
• Fluent German and English skills
• Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, combined with flexibility and self-initiative
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Experience in leading global, multicultural, and cross-functional teams
• Strong consulting skills, including effective communication, presentation skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
