Requirements

• Completed university degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a (Senior) Project Manager
• Experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Existing project management or agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, CSM, CSPO)
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Strong advisory competencies, particularly in the areas of effective communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
• Experience in leading global, multicultural, and functionally cross-functional teams
