Requirements

• Completed university degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a (senior) project manager
• Successfully led ServiceNow implementation projects
• Very good understanding of the SDLC and experience with agile methods
• Project management or agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO) are a plus
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong communication and change management skills
• Well-developed advisory competence and secure stakeholder management
• Experience in leading global, multicultural teams
