We are a renowned consulting company seeking a Senior Project Manager ServiceNow to lead complex ServiceNow projects and ensure they create measurable added value for our customers. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex ServiceNow projects, leading teams, and ensuring agile working methods and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completed university degree
- At least 3 years of experience as (Senior) Project Manager
- Successfully managed ServiceNow implementation projects
- Good understanding of SDLC and experience with agile methods
- Project management or agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO) are a plus
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Developed advisory competence and secure stakeholder management
- Experience in leading global, multicultural teams
