Rituals is seeking a Senior Service Integration Manager/Process Owner to transform their IT Service Management operations. This role will focus on standardizing processes, managing the Incident, Request, and Problem Management lifecycle, and ensuring service reliability across all platforms. The manager will be responsible for driving process maturity, monitoring KPIs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Service Management
- 3–5 years in a process owner or governance role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in retail technology environments
- Proven success in multi-vendor/SIAM models
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience
