Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Commercial Sector)

Bravium Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to lead process design and adoption for commercial clients. The role bridges business and technology, guiding discovery, shaping ServiceNow solutions, and supporting delivery and pre-sales. They are seeking a solution to diversify into the commercial market and use AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in process consulting or business analysis, with direct ServiceNow project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, etc.); CSA required, additional certifications a plus.
• Solid grounding in ITIL and process design; experience with Agile delivery preferred.
• Skilled facilitator with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work in pre-sales contexts and explain business value to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry certifications desirable.
