Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support our ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and lead customer projects to success. As a trusted advisor, you will develop sustainable concepts for ServiceNow platform introduction and expansion, and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in consulting and implementing ServiceNow as well as the associated processes
• High affinity for the effective interaction of IT and business processes
• Completed training in ServiceNow, ideally several Implementation-Specialist certifications
• First technical leadership and project management experiences
• Experience in agile projects and good knowledge of the SCRUM method
• Very good German and English skills
