Senior ServiceNow Developer - SPM

Windward Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Implementation Specialist to lead complex implementations for both government and commercial clients. This role involves designing and developing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with clients, and ensuring process improvement and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Active Secret clearance preferred
• Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience
• Minimum 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients
• Expertise in software discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and optimization processes
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
