Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
- Minimum 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in scripting and development such as JavaScript
- Experience with Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize complex workflows
- Demonstrated experience in configuring Service Portal
