Senior ServiceNow Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• At least 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Proficient in scripting and development such as JavaScript
• Experience with Integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and third-party systems
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Proactive in design discussions and client translation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
