Senior ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) - Remote

Join our Digital Technology Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive efficiency through automation and work with a world-class HR organization. You will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, optimizing HR operations, and helping drive business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED)
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, minimum 3 additional years of experience in HR Technology
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development
• Successful implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD platform and processes
• Outstanding ability and experience in developing and implementing HRSD suite processes and solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills & ability to influence others and lead small teams
• Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
• Proven analytical and organizational ability
