Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or related field
- Experience with ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Flows, subflows, and actions)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Service Request Management, Service Catalog)
- Practical experience with end-to-end processes (e.g. Order-2-Cash, Order-2-Fulfillment)
- Good German skills
