BCMC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow System Administrator to provide system administration services, including upgrades, configuration, security management, and support. This role requires experience with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure. The position is remote, with a core hour workday commitment.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Knowledge of ServiceNow systems administration
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
- Experience configuring mid-servers
