This position will provide ServiceNow Platform Administration services, including instance management, configuration, security, and maintenance. The successful candidate will have experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets. They will also have strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
- Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
- Experience configuring mid-servers
- Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment
