We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to further develop the maturity level of our ITSM and ITOM processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Portfolio Management, and Service Mapping, and will be able to analyze requirements, design sustainable solution architectures, and implement them in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management
- Technical expertise in ServiceNow platform
