Senior Specialist, ServiceNow Product Developer

IHS Towers is seeking a Senior Specialist to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and applications. The role involves developing and maintaining workflows, UI policies, and integrations, enhancing the UI/UX for internal users, and integrating external systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, and the position requires expertise in Agile methodologies and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow development and product delivery experience within modules/applications
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Scripting in various areas (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, Ul Policies, Portal Pages, UI Pages), Reporting and Platform Analytics Dashboards set up
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting
• Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development frameworks
• Ability to design scalable solutions in multi-instance environments
