Senior Staff DevOps Engineer - Cloud Analytics & FinOps Engineering Platform

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join its growing Cloud Analytics & FinOps Engineering Platform team. This role focuses on architecting and operationalizing a secure and scalable multi-cloud data platform infrastructure, integrating AI and utilizing GitOps practices to enhance analytics and growth. The position involves system design, security, CI/CD pipeline engineering, and global operational support within a Fortune 500 environment.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI into workflows.
• 10+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience.
• Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge.
• Multi-cloud expertise across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK
• Proven CI/CD pipeline management with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, and GitOps workflows.
