Senior Staff DevOps Engineer - Cloud Analytics & FinOps Engineering Platform

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to join its Cloud Analytics & FinOps Engineering Platform team. This role involves building and operationalizing a hybrid cloud data platform, securing and scaling Kubernetes clusters, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring data source integrations. The engineer will contribute to the development of a modern and highly scalable platform powering ServiceNow's future growth, working within a Fortune 500 enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of DevOps/Platform engineering experience
• Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge (EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Proven CI/CD pipeline management using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, and GitOps workflows
• Strong security background (SOC2, FedRAMP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
