SITEC - ServiceNow Engineer - MacDill AFB

Peraton is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. The role involves optimizing system performance, implementing best practices, and providing O&M services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps), systems, infrastructure, end-user support, configuration, and training. This position is crucial for maintaining USSOCOM and its constituent organizations in the 24/7/365 environment.

Requirements

• 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, or 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
• DoD TS/SCI clearance or above
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
• 5 - 10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Experience with ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of database management and SQL (MariaDB)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies
