Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (B2+ in German).
  • Experience dealing with technical support teams.

  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and release management process and procedures.
  • Broad technical understanding in a cloud software environment.
