ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to partner with customers, drive adoption of their platform, and deliver solutions around AI within their ServiceNow environment. The role involves integrating AI solutions with third-party software, resolving integration issues, and collaborating with developers to enhance platform functionality. This position focuses on accelerating customer business outcomes through AI-powered automation and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable integration technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers and stakeholders.
- 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications.
- 2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams.
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, middleware, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies.
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience with technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
- Strong Javascript skills.
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
- Proven team builder with ability to mentor and develop talent
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Up to 30% travel annually
