ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to work with customers to drive adoption and satisfaction of their ServiceNow ITOM platform. The role involves configuring ITOM products, leading workshops, and mentoring other team members to improve their ITOM capabilities. It's a customer-centric position focused on acceleration and driving business outcomes for ServiceNow's customers.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult ITOM (ITOM specific process definition/re-engineering)
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding of leading ITOM practices and related systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
