Requirements
- Lead smaller projects and teams.
- Develop expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings.
- Guide customers through technical documentation.
- Provide oversight and unit testing of code.
- Maintain skills / certifications on ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialists.
- Experience with event management, discovery, CMDB or Service Graphs Connectors.
- Experience with AI-powered tools.
