ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow to support customer engagement teams. This role focuses on configuring ITOM products to accelerate business outcomes, driving customer satisfaction and adoption, and providing expert guidance on how to leverage ServiceNow's platform. The position involves collaborating with customers, leading workshops, and delivering technical solutions.
Requirements
- A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- At least 3 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITOM
- Strong understanding of leading ITOM practices
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric attitude
