Senior Technical Consultant , Platform (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to work with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations. The role involves leveraging AI to enhance business processes, developing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, and ensuring customer success on the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will act as an SME, analyzing and improving configuration, identifying errors, and advising on system architecture.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required
• At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable, integration technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) in a complex and varied customer environment
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
• Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex high level architecture diagrams
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, SSO, JDBC, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
• Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
• Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
• Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other enterprise technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven team building and mentorship abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Up to 30% travel annually
