Senior Technical Consultant , Platform (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to drive customer engagement and accelerate business outcomes through platform integration. This role focuses on customer solutions using AI, involving design, implementation, and ongoing support. The consultant will ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with third-party software to deliver value to customers and the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance (required)
• 6+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integrations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
• ServiceNow Mainline CIS and CAD certifications (2+ certifications)
• Experience with architectural design and deep learning models
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities (AI models, generative AI)
