Requirements
- Active Security Clearance (potentially required)
- At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
- Maintain 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- Experience with architecting systems integrations
- Extensive experience with integration technologies
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
