ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for the Customer Excellence Group, focused on driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction. This role involves configuring and integrating ServiceNow Integrations with third-party software platforms, ensuring AI solutions are deployed effectively, and providing technical expertise to customers. The consultant will also focus on system integrations and AI-driven problem-solving.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance Required
- At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex environment
- Two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with Architecting systems integrations and creating complex high-level architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services, middleware, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI
- Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Experience with data management and database concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding and/or development experience with MID Servers, Notify, Orchestration
- Good presentation and report-writing skills
- Up to 30% travel annually
