ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to integrate AI into customer workflows, developing integration architectures and solutions. Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- At least 6 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly capable integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment
- Maintain ServiceNow certifications (Mainline CIS, CAD)
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with data management, database design, and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of AI models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
- Experience with AI's core capabilities (Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent)
- Experience with ServiceNow’s platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, etc.)
