Requirements

• Studies and qualification: You have successfully completed a (federal) university degree in the field of computer science or comparable fields.
• ServiceNow experience: Several years of experience in the consulting environment with a focus on ServiceNow (acquisition, initiation and planning, conception, implementation and operation)
• Certifications: Certified in ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator, desirable are additional certifications as a Certified Implementation Specialist (e.g. ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM / GRC) or Certified Application Developer
• Technical knowledge: Very good knowledge in the handling of solution and interface concepts as well as in industry standards such as ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript and SQL
• Project methods: Proven experience in project methods (waterfall, Scrum or hybrid), ideally certified in PRINCE2 and/or PMI and/or Scrum
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
