Senior Technical Program Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Process Owner to manage and improve processes supporting Software Delivery for Family and Store releases. This role involves end-to-end process design, governance, and optimization, ensuring compliance and maximizing efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and high-quality processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of regulated environments (IL4/IL5, FedRAMP, NIST, etc.).
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process ownership, governance, or program management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
