Senior Technology Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Excellence Group within APAC (Asia Pacific). This role focuses on applying ServiceNow's Generative AI and Platform solutions to accelerate customer adoption and drive business outcomes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing solutions, leading workshops, and providing technical guidance to customers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of configuration/development experience in ServiceNow platform across highly-capable technologies (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, custom apps, integrations, portals, and UI Builder workspaces)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of Data management, database design, and web application stacks
